On March 28, 2022, the new
KC Script Portal
will be used to view and purchase court records. You will still be able to access your ECR Online account and purchase new documents with your existing account balance. However, you will not be able to add additional funds to your account.
Effective April 22, 2022 at 4:30 p.m., you will not be able to purchase new documents, and any remaining balances will be refunded. All recently purchased documents will remain viewable for 14 days. If you have any questions about a refund, please contact us at 206-477-0812.
Access to all ECR Online accounts will be terminated on May 06, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.
ECR Online provides access to cases filed November 1, 2004 and forward and is limited to the following:
Adult criminal;
Civil cases, with the exception of domestic violence and antiharassment protection order cases;
Probate cases;
All Family Law cases; and
Unsealed portions of paternity cases.
You
cannot
view:
Sealed documents or cases, domestic violence and antiharassment protection order cases, adoptions cases, mental illness cases, juvenile cases or judgment cases online.
